Employees do not need to have any experience as each class is custom designed to suit all individual needs.  We offer an alignment based class that considers all human factors such as pre-existing injuries and health concerns.

A combination of the following can be included in any program:

  • Work-injury prevention exercises
  • Desk and chair exercises

  • Concentration and focusing methods

The students experience the foundational practices of concentration, breathing, physical movement and relaxation techniques.

Cost Options:

Companies have the choice to offer a full subsidized program with full coverage for their employees; a partial subsidized program where the fees are divided between the employer and employee or independent where the employer would provide the space and the employees would pay for the classes.
